Building the Next Chapter
Our work is now expanding into Uttar Pradesh — one of India’s largest states, marked by deep educational challenges but immense promise. With 221 Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) across 31 districts, this is where the need is greatest and where meaningful systemic transformation can take root.
Here too, we carry forward our Village Approach, co-creating with the government, engaging Teachers and wardens, and nurturing long-term community ownership. Through programs like Saheli Ki Udaan, Mai Bhi Curie, RunToFly, and Kal Ki Kirne, adolescent Girls are building agency, finding their voice, and opening pathways to new opportunities. Together, we’re shaping spaces where learning leads to confidence, and confidence leads to change.
