A movement that strengthens Girls bodies, minds, and voices through the joy of running.
Created in partnership with La Ultra, RunToFly empowers adolescent Girls in KGBVs build physical fitness, emotional resilience, and self-belief through structured sports sessions.
For many of our Girls, running is more than an activity — it’s their first experience of freedom, agency, and joy in movement.
Why We Run
RunToFly was designed to bridge the gap between wellbeing and education.
By introducing regular running sessions in KGBVs, we support Girls in building perseverance, decision-making skills, and a sense of personal power.
The program goes beyond physical activity — it nurtures confidence, discipline, and courage to challenge social barriers that often limit a Girl’s participation in sports and public spaces.
“Fitness is a bigger win than medals — joy in movement is our true success
