Vaibhav, driven by the commitment to equity, has been working at the intersection of development and education since 2013. Having a background in Mechanical engineering (NIT Bhopal & IIT Kanpur) and liberal arts (Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University), he has served as a teacher in a rural school, opened a school in a village, and designed and facilitated at-scale interventions in partnership with state government. He also practices distance running in his free time.
